Terms of Service

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OmniCogs only for lawful purposes related to managing your ecommerce business analytics. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service. You may not use the service to process data you do not have the right to access.

3. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. You may request full data export before cancellation.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you import or generate through OmniCogs. We use your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, marketplace API changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

OmniCogs provides analytics and recommendations for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our data or AI recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
